CHNSMILE met our Polish friend Mr. M in 2020. At that time, there was still the coronavirus. CHNSMILE could only communicate about the smart locker project through chat software. CHNSMILE didn’t have 3D drawings, only simple hand-drawn drawings. Mr. M kept describing what products we needed through drawings, and I also gave him feedback on what CHNSMILE could make through drawings.
After I understood what Mr. M needed, I started communicating with our designer over the phone because we were both working from home. Then CHNSMILE's designer kept modifying the drawings again and again until the following drawings appeared, and we finally determined the final style.
When the cabinet arrived in Poland for testing, there was an error in the voltage of the electronic lock, but everything else was fine and all standards met the customer's needs.
